Kaizen Leader Online Certification
Course Overview
Acuity Institute’s Kaizen Leader is the most complete Kaizen certification program available. It includes 2 months of online course access along with instructor and customer service support; we are your team throughout your program. Also included at no extra cost is the comprehensive Kaizen Event Simulation, Kaizen Toolkit, and the Kaizen Leader Course eBook. Acuity Institute sets the standard for online training and certification for individuals looking to achieve Kaizen Certification.
Acuity Institute’s Kaizen Leader has been designed to teach Kaizen fundamentals and its application. It is intended for facilitators and participants of a Kaizen Event. In today’s fast paced environment, business leaders want immediate results. A Kaizen Event is a concentrated team oriented effort to rapidly improve the performance of a process. Kaizen is a problem-solving approach that applies process improvement in a structured setting. The goal of Kaizen is to eliminate activities in processes that add cost but do not add value. A Kaizen Event is an extremely efficient method to quickly improve poor performing processes. If done correctly, a Kaizen Event is accomplished in 5 days or less.
Kaizen training is conducted online and uses a multi-media format that includes audio by Kaizen experts, examples of successful performance improvement, interactive simulations and quizzes, and the most current and robust tools and techniques available. The course is “self-paced” and can be accessed at any time – anywhere, which provides the most flexibility in completing the course. On average students complete the course in 13 hours (average completion time, actual time may vary).
Acuity Institute’s Kaizen Certification is one the most comprehensive in the world. We recommend this course to Project Leaders, Department Leaders, Business Leaders, Business Improvement Team Leaders, Business Improvement Teams, Lean Six Sigma Black Belts, Lean Six Sigma Green Belts, Kaizen Event Team Members, and Lean Practitioners.

Instructor Support
Acuity Institute wants the learning experience to be as supportive and engaging as possible, we are here to help you succeed. We understand the importance of having a place to ask questions to the experts about tools and techniques, exercises, project work or general technical support. During training, students can submit questions to instructors through Acuity Institute’s Help Desk and the Student Forum. Responses are provided to student questions in one business day or less. If questions and/or answers are complex, an Acuity Institute instructor will schedule a one-on-one phone meeting with the student to review the question/answer.
Kaizen Event Simulation
Included in this course is Acuity Institute’s Kaizen Event Simulation. At Acuity we recognize that not every individual has the opportunity to complete an actual Kaizen Event while completing training. The simulation is based on a hypothetical service/transactional company that faces many of the same problems companies are dealing with today. The simulation is designed to illustrate an entire Kaizen Event through every phase of the Kaizen PDCA methodology. You will complete challenging exercises which build on previously learned tools and concepts taught in this course. When complete, you will have a significant perspective on what true Kaizen business improvement means. There is no comparison of this simulation in the marketplace today.
The Kaizen Event Simulation includes 7 exercises which are introduced throughout the PDCA Methodology.

The templates are in common formats (MS Word, MS Excel or MS PowerPoint). The toolkit includes the following templates that can be utilized in Kaizen Events beyond training:
