Yes. Within 14 days of purchasing your course, if you are not completely satisfied, you may request a 100% refund through our Contact Us area. Fill in your request along with a reason why and one of our associates will notify you of the reimbursement. When payment is made via credit card, a refund can only be issued to the credit card used to make the payment. For information about our refund policy after 14 days, please visit our Business Terms.
Yes. The training courses are designed to be completed independent of a real world business improvement problem/project.
No. There are no prerequisites to begin any of our training courses, each one is a complete program that includes all the lessons and tools you will need to become proficient in that particular skillset. View the descriptions for Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and other courses to determine which course will meet your needs.
The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Bridge course and Master Black Belt certification program do have pre-requisites. Please visit their course pages to learn more.
You may return unused printed course materials within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Printed course materials must be returned in their original cellophane packaging. For downloaded course materials such as eBooks and toolkits, once the course is started, there are no refunds.
Yes. A high speed internet connection is required for optimal performance.
