PM Skills® Certified Professional (PMSCP®)
Backed by years of industry practice and project management experience, PM Skills® is on a mission to make the most valuable project management skills accessible and easier to master for learners. Each course in the PM Skills® Project Management Skills Certified Professional (PMSCP®) track is a detailed exploration into the skills and tools that make projects easier to manage and help teams work harmoniously towards their common goal: project success. This is not test prep—the goal of PM Skills® and the PMSCP® certification is to prepare project leaders and teams to guide their organizations toward better team performance and project completion.
The PM Skills® PMSCP® certification is a completely self-paced (no travel required) program that includes 14-course sections covering a range of key interpersonal skills for project leaders. The learner must complete all course sections before taking the PMSCP® certification exam. The course includes several modules, challenging practical applications, and superior support from Acuity Institute Experts. On average, students complete the course in 44 hours (average completion time, actual time may vary).

Course description
Acuity Institute’s courses are conducted online and use a multi-media format that includes audio and video from experts, examples of successful performance improvement, interactive simulations and quizzes, and the most current and robust tools and techniques available. This is a “self-paced” online course and can be accessed at any time—and—anywhere, which provides the most flexibility in completing the course.

Certification requirements
To achieve your PM Skills® PMSCP® certification, you must:
- Complete the 14 courses and quizzes in the PMSCP® certificate bundle
- Successfully pass the PMSCP® Certification Exam. The exam consists of 200 questions, randomly selected from the 14 courses. Students will have three attempts to successfully pass the exam (70% or higher). The is administered online, with a maximum of 2 hours to complete. Students may use any reference materials to complete the exam — including training manuals, project materials, etc.

I had the pleasure to recently complete my Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB) certification from Acuity Institute. The course material is developed in easy to understand concepts, and how they can be applied in the real world to achieve business and organizational benefits.
This course has helped me to further enhance my leadership skills, problem solving skills as well as analyzing and improving business processes. The course provides in depth understanding of the DMAIC (Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control) road map and has taught me how to collect and analyze performance data, identify inefficiencies and problems, pinpoint root causes, and institute new protocols to greatly improve processes. The course covers Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and helps to develop skills in leading a team through the process of change. The course has a practical and applied focus.
The team of Acuity Institute is greatly helpful in helping the learners to understand concepts and willing to help candidates to help them succeed, I would highly recommend the Institute and this course to anyone who is looking to do Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
Complete course…right balance of theory and practical part. It can be used immediately even if you are in the beginning of the course and you get your certification at the same time your project is done. It gives you a large time of one year to complete your course. I recommend this especially to those like me have constraints in their job’s time schedule but want to learn anyway.
The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course was really well done. It provided all of the necessary tools and instructions for me to understand and apply learned concepts into real world situations. The pace of course is good and does not consume a lot of time. Overall, this was a positive experience and has changed my way of analyzing a problem.
