Lean Six Sigma White Belts form an important part of a mature Lean Six Sigma deployment. As Lean Six Sigma Projects are executed, the organization will need to be aware of the key tools and concepts of the Lean Six Sigma methodologies. This course helps executives and leaders build out successful process improvement projects and teams by strengthening organizational understanding of foundational Lean Six Sigma concepts.
Acuity Institute’s courses are conducted online and use a multi-media format that includes audio by Lean Six Sigma experts, examples of successful performance improvement, interactive simulations and quizzes, and the most current and robust tools and techniques available. This is a “self-paced” online course and can be accessed at any time—and—anywhere, which provides the most flexibility in completing the course. Complete course…right balance of theory and practical part. It can be used immediately even if you are in the beginning of the course and you get your certification at the same time your project is done. It gives you a large time of one year to complete your course. I recommend this especially to those like me have constraints in their job’s time schedule but want to learn anyway.
The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course was really well done. It provided all of the necessary tools and instructions for me to understand and apply learned concepts into real world situations.
