When an organization is deploying a Lean initiative, it’s imperative that Executives and Project Sponsors are adequately prepared to support their Project Leaders and provide guidance when needed. This vital role is known as the Lean Champion, and they form an important part of a Lean deployment. As projects are executed, the organization will need this vital support. Course description
Acuity Institute’s courses are conducted online and use a multi-media format that includes audio from experts, examples of successful performance improvement, interactive simulations and quizzes, and the most current and robust tools and techniques available. This is a “self-paced” online course and can be accessed at any time—and—anywhere, which provides the most flexibility in completing the course.
We recommend this course to Executives, Business Leaders, Project Sponsors, and Department Leaders. Learners have two months to complete the course. On average, leaders complete the Lean Champion training course in 8 hours (average completion time, actual time may vary).
We also provide learners with our Lean Fundamentals Toolkit, which includes various templates for your use in implementing and delivering projects. The Toolkit includes easy-to-use templates for Candidate Evaluation, Define Customer Value, Spaghetti Diagram, 8 Wastes, 5 S, Error Proofing, and Force Field Diagram.

Complete course…right balance of theory and practical part. It can be used immediately even if you are in the beginning of the course and you get your certification at the same time your project is done. It gives you a large time of one year to complete your course. I recommend this especially to those like me have constraints in their job’s time schedule but want to learn anyway.
The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course was really well done. It provided all of the necessary tools and instructions for me to understand and apply learned concepts into real world situations.
