Deployment Coaching
Intended to support development of Lean Six Sigma Deployment team that will select and oversee the program and project portfolio.
Project Coaching
Intended to support execution and completion of a specific project.
Instructor Coaching
Intended to support the concept and application of the methodology and tools.

- Regularly scheduled virtual meetings or calls with deployment team leaders
- Meetings with executive leadership as needed
- Project and Resource Selection Coaching
- Executive Champion Training (Unlimited Online. Virtual or In-Person can be added for an additional fee)
- Unlimited Email, Document Review and Ad-hoc calls
- Includes monthly status update to leadership (if requested)
- Regularly Scheduled meetings with an assigned Coach
- Focused review of deliverables & provides feedback/recommendations
- Provides best practices and tips for project success
- Provides guidance on methodology and tool application as needed
- Can attend tollgates or other sponsor meetings to assist project leaders
- Mentors team leaders but does NOT join the team, does NOT do the work
- Initiated by the student ad hoc via general Acuity email, phone or virtual meeting. Only available upon request by the student
- Focused on feedback for questions regarding tools and methodology
- Support provided by available instructors, there is not one assigned instructor to a cohort
