Online
An Acuity facilitator coordinates a kickoff among your cohort. These virtual experiences ensure context for learners, to enhance their initial onboarding and highlight the core business and learning outcomes.
Virtual and In-Person
Our team adds “masterclass” segments to the your online learning experience. Acuity facilitators work with client leaders to evaluate the standard curriculum and outline a masterclass specific to the business needs of the organization. Then, we’ll deliver the content live, virtually, or in-person.
Expert Coaching
Acuity SMEs work with client experts and facilitators to deliver on customized workplace outcomes in the masterclass. May include: additional coaching sessions, simulated projects, mentoring on workplace projects and possible customized learning objects.
Learning Methods that Best Fit Your Team
Online
Acuity’s courses are available as 100% asynchronous learning. Courses are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, allowing the most flexibility for your team. If desired, your team can complete the online training as a cohort. An Acuity facilitator will work with you to determine a training schedule and will coordinate a virtual kickoff to launch the training for your cohort. This virtual experience enhances their initial onboarding and highlights the core business and learning outcomes.
Throughout their training, your team will have unlimited access to Acuity’s team of expert instructors. You will have access to real-time reporting to track your team’s progress.
Virtual Blended
Combines online pre-work with virtual workshops facilitated by one of Acuity’s expert facilitators. Our Acuity facilitator works with client leaders to evaluate the standard curriculum and outline a masterclass specific to the business needs of the organization. Then, we’ll deliver the content live, virtually. If desired, workplace projects can be incorporated into the blended learning program.
In-Person Blended
Combines online pre-work with in-person workshops facilitated by one of Acuity’s expert facilitators. Our Acuity facilitator works with client leaders to evaluate the standard curriculum and outline a masterclass specific to the business needs of the organization. Then, we’ll deliver the content live, in-person at your location. If desired, workplace projects can be incorporated into the blended learning program.
Expert Coaching
In addition to the unlimited, free instructor support, Acuity’s team of Master Black Belts are available to provide expert coaching for both your Continuous Improvement Program team and project teams.
