Open Position – Customer Solutions Manager


Acuity Institute is seeking a full-time Customer Solutions Manager, with an emphasis on Business to Consumer Sales, to join our team and help us deliver training solutions to our customers.

Acuity Institute’s Customer Solutions Manager will join a unique team environment where each member plays a vital role within the organization. We are a small team of passionate and dedicated individuals that pride ourselves on being versatile and flexible to help meet the demands of the company. The Customer Solutions Manager will report directly to the CEO and will work from their home office which requires the right person that can consistently demonstrate an efficient and effective use of their time and provides a high-quality work output in a virtual environment.

We are looking for an individual that is passionate about sales, which includes taking phone calls, responding to inbound inquires, managing follow-up emails and phone calls, identifying and contacting potential customer leads from multiple sources and systems within Acuity’s customer engagement platform, and solving customer challenges. Given the diversity of Acuity’s customers which spans over 100 countries and multiple industries, the right person will enjoy working with a variety of people.


  • Understand and communicate the business value that our solutions can deliver for prospective customers
  • Become an expert in identifying challenges that our prospective customers face
  • Close new business consistently at or above quota level
  • Research and contact potential new customers
  • Serve as a brand enthusiast for our suite of products and solutions
  • Build relationships with prospects and customers to grow new business
  • Follow up on highly qualified opportunities
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing and technology teams to execute sales strategy as Acuity introduces enhancements to existing solutions and/or releases new products
  • Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company’s values, unique culture, and vision for the future


  • Proven experience in sales and digital marketing
  • Experience with leveraging various social platforms to connect with potential customers

  • Projected first year compensation $50K-$70K
  • Base Salary + Commissions (this is an uncapped commission role)
